We can exchange eligible items for a different size if we have it in stock.
We assure that we inspect items before they exit the studio, but if your items arrive defective or damaged, send us a pic at email@example.com and we’ll proceed to either refund your payment or send terms of a replacement item.
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items if the item has been unworn, unwashed, undamaged and still has its tags on. After 10 days, unworn and undamaged items may be returned for store credit for up to 30 days.
Swimwear, handbags, gift cards, and sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: If we feel that your garment is in less than ideal condition upon return, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us. We recommend adding trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to your return shipment — we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
